Due to its excellent performance, fireproof board is more and more widely used in construction engineering. Three problems should be paid attention to in building construction

1. 關于防火板材施工的嵌縫材料。用于該產品的嵌縫材料應具有的柔性和膨脹性能，以防止板材拉縫。這種嵌縫材料不準配制，成本也不高，就由板材生產廠供貨或提供配方。

1. Caulking materials for construction of fireproof board. The caulking material used for the product should have good flexibility and expansion performance to prevent the plate from stretching. This kind of caulking material is not allowed to be prepared, and the cost is not high, so it is supplied or formulated by the plate manufacturer.

2、返鹵的不能使用，潮濕地區，濕度大，不合格的板容易返鹵，會出現水珠低落下來，不但影響建筑的正常功能，而且對金屬有腐蝕性，增加了潛在的危險。

2. The return brine can not be used. In humid areas, the humidity is high, and the unqualified plate is easy to return brine, which will cause water drops to fall down. It not only affects the normal function of the building, but also corrodes the metal, increasing the potential danger.

3、固定板材的釘子要進行除銹處理，或用不銹鋼釘。海外有的直接規定，防火板材施工所用的釘子是不銹鋼釘。因為在防火板中存在氯鹽，氯鹽對鐵的腐蝕世人皆知，國內不少用防火裝飾板的工程經一年多就在埋入的釘頭上表面出現銹斑，再經過一段時間銹斑就會鼓成包塊。但質環境越潮濕，這個問題暴露的越早，要避免這個弊病的發生，釘子不被腐蝕。

3. Nails for fixing plates shall be derusted or stainless steel nails shall be used. Some overseas direct provisions, the nail used in the construction of fireproof plate is stainless steel nail. Because of the existence of chlorine salt in the fire-proof board, the corrosion of chlorine salt to iron is well known. 板有良好防火性能，是不燃板材，火焰持續燃燒時間為零，800℃不燃燒，1200℃無火苗，達到防火不燃級別A1級，與龍骨制作的隔斷系統，耐火達到3小時以上，遇火燃燒的過程中能夠吸收大量的熱能，延遲周圍環境溫度的升高。
