如何解決防火板加工時出現的爆邊問題？

(一)、出現上面爆邊
（1） The top edge appears
1、主鋸片太鈍，鋸齒太少
1. The main saw blade is too blunt and the saw teeth are too few
2、主鋸片高出板材太少
2. The main saw blade is too little higher than the plate
3、板材質量太差，會很快鈍鋸片
3. If the quality of the plate is too poor, the saw blade will be blunt soon
4、重新更換鋸片
4. Replace the saw blade again
5、升高主鋸片
5. Raise the main saw blade
6、選用雜質少、質量高的板材
6. Select the plate with less impurities and high quality
(二)、出現下面爆邊(鋸后的板材)
（2） There is edge burst below (sawn board)
1、副鋸片太鈍
1. The saw blade is too blunt
2、副鋸寬度不夠、太窄
2. The width of the auxiliary saw is not enough or too narrow
3、主、副鋸片中間線不重合
3. The middle line of the main saw blade and the auxiliary saw blade does not coincide
4、重新更換鋸片

5、換鋸片或增加鋸片厚度

6、重新調整副鋸左右位置

(三)、有燒焦的痕跡(鋸后板材上)

1、合金鋸片太鈍，鋸片上鋸齒太多

2、轉速過高或進料太慢
2. Too high speed or too slow feeding
3、更換鋸片，選擇適當的鋸片

(四)、在鋸切時有工件被副鋸頂起來的現象
（4） During sawing, the workpiece is jacked up by the auxiliary saw
1、副鋸片太鈍

2、副鋸片升得太高

3、更換鋸片
3. Replace the saw blade
4、適當降低副鋸片高度

(五)、中間貼面板爆邊
（5） Edge burst of middle panel
1、板材較厚，每塊微彎不平整，上下面互疊一起后產生縫隙
1. The plate is thick, each piece is slightly bent and uneven, and the upper and lower parts are overlapped to form a gap
2、機械壓料的氣缸壓力不夠
2. The cylinder pressure of mechanical pressing is not enough
3、工件板面有條紋(凹凸)也會爆邊

4、工作鋸切時少壓2-3塊板材
4. Press 2-3 pieces less when sawing
5、鋸切板材時進刀速度適當調慢適切認可

6、檢查鋸片是否不鋒利，及時修磨刃口
